This week, we’re taking a look at the brand new Hush figure from the Batman: Hush line, by MAFEX. No, the figure is not called “Hush-hush” as the title of the review implies (Sorry!). This figure is the fourth figure from the Batman: Hush line (fifth if we count the black cowl batman, WHICH IS A REPAINT), and is a figure of the main villain from the classic comic book story arc, by Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee.

Here’s what’s in the box! *Record scratch* Wait a minute…
ARE THOSE GUNS?! YEAH BOY!
As usual, MAFEX delivered in terms of sculpt and articulations. Hush comes with a dozen hands (for real!), 2 other headsculpts, interchangeable belt and logo parts for his costume, 2 Harvey Dent/Two-Face coins and a batarang.
The 2 extra headsculpts are the Jason Todd face from that moment in the comic book and his ‘resting bitch face’.
The logo and belt can be switched for when you’re using the Jason Todd headsculpt. Ingenious!

Hush’s jacket is removable, but…
“Damn it, I forgot to remove my sleeves again. I hate when that happens!”
The “Jason Todd-Hush figure look” looks pretty great too. It’s nearly tempting to buy a second one to have them displayed differently.
THE POUCHES ARE INDIVIDUALLY ARTICULATED! Rob Liefeld (the creator of Deadpool) would be proud.

DC Direct Batman:Hush - Hush, MAFEX Batman:Hush - Hush and DC Direct Arkham City Hush. It was about time Hush got a decent figure, huh?

The next figure from the MAFEX Batman: Hush line should be the Joker coming out in November. After that, there is still Harley Quinn, Stealth suit Batman, Huntress and Nightwing in the pipelines!
