This week, we're having a look at a couple of new Marvel Legends figures, the Astonishing X-Men Wolverine and the Superior Spider-man figures for the 85th anniversary of Marvel, by Hasbro. After seeing the reveals from Hasbro Pulse last week, I looked at my pile and realized I did have some Marvel Legends figures in there too, so riding the high of the Secret Wars figures reveal, I opened a Wolverine and a Spider-man figure, which would soon become my 2 favorite ones... In the last 7 days, millions of Americans received their $1400 stimulus check, money sent by the U.S. government to stimulate the economy and provide consumers with some spending money. It is a great gesture and must be a relief for a lot of people, but it seems that the arrival of the deposits hasn’t fallen on deaf ears, as multiple toy brands announced awesome toys, surprise waves, or long-awaited figures finally released merely days after the deposits arrived!

Hot Toys announced a 2-pack that includes the reissue of a “grail”, the very sought-after Knightmare Batman along with a brand new black suit Superman.

NECA announced that they FINALLY got the license for John Carpenter’s “The Thing”, and will release a ULTIMATE (say it with a deep voice and your arms open, like Robo) of Kurt Russell’s character.
