TOYFARCE REVIEW: HOT TOYS STAR WARS: RETURN OF THE JEDI 40th ANNIVERSARY DARTH VADER (DELUXE EDITION) This week, we're having a look at the Star Wars: Return of the Jedi 40th Anniversary Deluxe Edition figure of Darth Vader from Hot Toys. I had been waiting for a Darth Vader figure from Hot Toys that would have the unmasked head, in order to have a 'complete' figure, but Hot Toys went a step further and added a Force lightning, transparent blue helmet, which made the deal even better! IS IT OK TO ASK FOR ACTION FIGURES INSTEAD OF CHOCOLATE EGGS?

First of all, ToyFarce wishes everyone a happy long Easter weekend!

We received a lot of questions during the weeks prior to Easter asking us that simple, yet important question: Is it ok to ask for action figures instead of chocolate eggs for Easter? We put our investigative hats over the weekend and asked several Easter representative, to be sure to get the right answer.

The E.B.A. (Easter Bunny Association) has answered to us that, legally speaking, it is not against the law to ask for something else than chocolate eggs for Easter. Ethically, it’s a different thing, though… But if you’re diabetic, allergic to chocolate, or on a diet for example, it is sometimes allowed to get a replacement for the traditional chocolate eggs. So, if some adult toy collectors decided that they would prefer to go hunt for figures in their yard, rather than chocolate eggs, it is not forbidden! Go for it, guys!

You heard it here first! Now go get those Easter figs! There could be one behind that tree!! Quick!!

HASBRO REALIZED THEY SKIPPED HALLOWEEN, DAYS AFTER ANNOUNCING HOLIDAY EDITION BLACK SERIES!

At the end of september, during the Hasbro PulseCon event, Hasbro announced a wave that nobody knew they wanted (and some are still wondering), the Holiday Edition Black Series, a wave of Christmas-themed troopers. Here are the pictures of the announced figures:

ToyFarce reached out to Hasbro to ask them the important question: What about Halloween?? If you are going to announce figures based on a holiday right before october, you have to take into account that there is Halloween first!

Hasbro let us know that a wave was in development but got canceled because there wasn’t enough time to produce the figures on time for the Halloween festivities. Maybe next year? Here are the prototype pictures that they sent us (allegedly).

A few weeks ago, Hasbro and their Transformers line shocked the world by announcing a "Collaborative" figure with Back to the Future.

MORE TRANSFORMERS COLLABORATIVE FIGURES TO COME ?!

A few weeks ago, Hasbro and their Transformers line shocked the world by announcing a "Collaborative" figure with Back to the Future, releasing the following teaser:

The figure has now been officially announced as a very limited release at first, before getting another release in October for those who missed it. The first release figures can already be found on eBay for $1985 from scalpers (Boo them!).

Right after that teaser was released, another teaser image started to appear on the internet, which teased a Collaborative figure with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:

This one turned out NOT to be an official picture, but a custom project from SwittCraft, not affiliated with Hasbro at all, who released the following picture a few days later:

Too bad, because a TMNT Party Van Transformer figure would have been very nice!

Now, ToyFarce News went to dig very deep in the internet and found more potential Transformers Collaborative figure rumors, and we have gathered them all here for you !

It's a Christmas miracle! The long awaited Predator Holiday Special that everybody loves to hate will finally be released on 4k Blu-ray, just in time for Christmas!
The Christmas classic introduced us to our favorite trophy Hunter's family, including his father Bloody, his wife Shrieka and his 2 sons, Gory and Woundy.
The Special also had appearance from Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger) in a musical number with his team from the first movie, Danny Glover and Gary Busey from the sequel in a dance-off, and an exclusive cartoon that debuts the Predalien character, which will be later re-introduced in one of the spin-off movies.
